Status Certificates may be ordered online through www.statuscertificate.com, where you can search for the property 24/7 using either the condominium corporation number or property address.

If this is your first time using the Conduit platform, you will be required to create a user account and password before submitting your request.

Once logged in, complete the required online forms and submit payment by credit card.

Processing Options

After your request has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification advising that the Status Certificate package is available for download in PDF format.

The PDF can then be saved to your computer or forwarded directly to your realtor, lawyer, or owner as required.
